93-year-old Auschwitz Cook Prosecuted German prosecutors are seeking to indict 93-year-old Hans (Antanas) Lipschis as an alleged NS war criminal. They claim he worked as a guard at the Auschwitz concentration camp during World War II. He may be charged with aiding and abetting in mass murder.
