After denouncing Assad and comparing him to Hitler and Hussein –
US Secretary Kerry calls President Al-Assad ‘thug’ and ‘murderer’ who gassed his own people – as Hitler ‘did’, which is a contested matter.
Israelis have expressed their desire for American action with a mixture of moral and strategic concerns. Watching civilians die from poisonous gas is painful in a country built on the ashes of the Holocaust, in which the Nazis sent countless Jewish victims to their deaths in gas chambers.
According to Muslim traditions there are three important rules to deal with strangers:
1. The guests’ safety is guaranteed.
2. The guests’ hospitality is an honorable duty to perform.
3. You give back others’ hospitality with better treatment.
But for vile people like John Kerry there is this saying :
[ إن أنت أكرمت الكريم ملكته وإن أنت أكرمت اللئيم تمردا ]
– meaning: Be generous to a generous person and you’d win him, be generous to a mean person and he’d rebel against you.
Shame on the vile who drag his people across oceans to invade the people who were generous to him. Remember Libya’s Ghadaffi and French President Sarkosy?
